Monday, April 5th, 2010

Have you ever heard fashion innovation?  If you are among the people who follows fashion trends, for surely you’ll take notice its evolution.  Fashion is not something new. It has been in existence ever since records of written history are available.  Fashion at this age has become collective in the sense that even commoner reach the world of fashion.

Fashion is a statement of self expression, where in case of women who have always subjected to some forms of restriction.  Throughout history fashion has been a symbol of the class structure in society.  Socio economic condition of women will unravel by students during that particular age by studying the fashion down the ages.

The real revolution in fashion happened at the turn of the last century when the fashion for women is not restricted.

This was we can say the start of the period of liberation for a woman. Women also started wearing blouses that uncovered their arms and one was witness to incandescent flesh of a woman after almost a century of restrictions.

Boyish look was in yet girl image appears. The covered body and arms was replaced with bare legs and arms. More important the fashion spread to the masses and was no longer an elite preserve.

At this age, the fashion icon that I admire the most in boyish look is Kirsten Stewart.  Her dress, jeans, shirt and rubber shoes are awesome.  This is the real revolution of women fashion.  Now we can wear what men can wear with no restrictions.
